We work with a network of trusted game suppliers to get you the right gear as quickly as possible. Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You'll receive tracking details for each package ones it ships.

Because of the size of the products being shipped we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

All shipping costs are free. There are no hidden fees.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Some items are assembled on demand and can take 2 - 4 weeks to be shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before e.g., 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
We make every effort to get your order delivered in an expeditious manner. Many of our items (Arcade games, some golf products, etc) are built or assembled on demand and so have a 2 - 4 week window to produce. As soon as possible, your order will be on it's way to you, but realize it can take some time to. build some of the built on demand pieces. Products that are ready to ship will generally be sent in a window of 1 to 2 business days where possible.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

Check with neighbors or building management.

Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Certain items (personalized or close out goods) may not be eligible for return.

Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
