Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included in your system price—no added freight charges at checkout.

All components are shipped directly to you and may arrive in separate deliveries depending on the items selected.

Most systems ship within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as each item leaves the warehouse.

Large components like enclosures and turf are delivered via freight and may require a scheduled delivery window.

Software & Play Experience

Your simulator comes to life through software—and you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

We recommend GSPro, one of the most realistic and widely used simulator platforms available, delivering accurate ball flight and a true-to-life course experience.

GSPro is a separate subscription and is not included with your system. Subscriptions are handled directly through GSPro so your account and setup are fully in your control.

GSPro is currently $250 per year.

You’re not locked into a specific platform—your system can support other simulator software if preferred.

If you’re unsure which software is right for you, we’re happy to help you choose.

You can use GSPro with a phone or tablet, but we do not recommend it. They don't have the power to keep things flowing seamlessly in our opinion.

GSPro also has the option to connect to a computer and we recommend a powerful gamer level system. We have included that computer in this system, but you can deselect it if you don't want that option.

Installation & Setup

The Essentials System is designed for straightforward setup—no specialized installation required.

Most customers are able to assemble their simulator using the included components and standard tools.

Each part of your system arrives with clear instructions, and everything is designed to work together from the start.

Setup typically takes a few hours depending on your space and configuration.

No complicated calibration or technical setup is required beyond basic alignment and connection.

If you need help at any point, our team is available to guide you through the process.

Professional installation can be arranged if preferred.
